Raymarine AIS500 Class B Transceiver - E62235

See and be seen with the Raymarine AIS500 Transceiver module. Receive AIS targets and transmit your vessel information to other AIS receivers. The AIS500 easily interfaces to Raymarine multifunction displays allowing AIS targets to be graphically overlaid in both chartplotter and radar modes.

Operating in the VHF maritime band, the Raymarine AIS500 Transceiver  system includes a built-in VHF splitter, to easily integrate with your existing VHF antenna on the boat (no need for a separate antenna). The Raymarine AIS500 Transceiver  enables the wireless exchange of navigation status between vessels and shore-side traffic monitoring centers. Commercial ships, ocean going vessels and other boats equipped with AIS transmitters broadcast AIS messages that include the vessel's name, course, speed, and current navigation status.

  • Dual Channel AIS Monitoring Ability - Vessel monitoring of class A and B transmissions over both standard VHF frequencies.
  • Built-in NMEA multiplexer
  • VHF Splitter - No need to buy a separate antenna. Utilize your existing VHF antenna and cable.
  • Includes dedicated external GPS antenna (16 channels)
  • NMEA 0183 - Compatibility with Raymarine A, C, E and G Series, as well as other manufacturer's units that display AIS targets
  • Buddy Tracking via Raymarine MFD - Distinguish favorite targets (MMSIs) from others by adding to favorite list.
  • Silent Mode - Turn off transmit function during tournaments or races if you do not wish to be seen.
  • Targets displayed on chart and radar screens
  • LED Status Indicator
  • Configure via PC Software
  • Software upgradeable through PC and RS232
