Orders with Different Ship to and Bill to Addresses

Please note that Anchor Express does verify that every shipping address on every order is valid. If your ship to address is different than your bill to address, Anchor Express may require you to list an alternative ship to address to your credit card account before we can ship your order.

M.A.P. Pricing

Why are some of our prices not available until you add them to the shopping cart? Many of our manufactures have a Minimum Advertised Price (M.A.P.) policy. This restricts us from advertising prices below a certain price which in many cases is higher than our everyday low price. In order to maintain our commitment to deliver our customers the lowest prices available, we must present our prices for products with M.A.P. pricing in this fashion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may occur.

Taxes

All products on Anchor Express are sales tax free except for orders shipped to Massachusetts. All orders shipped to Massachusetts are subject to a 5% sales tax.

Shipping and Delivery Information

Anchor Express is offering a DHL Next Business Day shipping special for all orders for a flat fee of $22.99. This promotion includes all 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii). This offer excludes Bennett Trim Tabs, Simpson Lawrence, binoculars. Raritan, Nobeltec, XACT, and refurbished products.

Please note: back ordered items will be shipped via this method when they arrive. For a limited time, all DHL Next Day shipping is reduced to $22.99 (flat fee)

• All orders are shipped via DHL Next Day (excludes Saturday and Sunday) UPS via three methods: Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day.
• All non-backordered orders will be shipped within 48 hours of processing. All in stock overnight placed before 12:00 P.M. E.T. will be shipped same day. All in stock overnight orders placed on the same day if possible, otherwise they will be shipped the next business day. If there is a delay, we will notify you. Normally, most in stock orders are shipped within hours of being placed.
• From time to time products may be unavailable and backordered from the manufacturer. We will try to give you as best of estimate of when the order will be available.
• We will try to ship items available for orders with multiple products where one or several of the products are back ordered. There will be no additional charges for shipping in these cases unless otherwise stated. Some accessory back orders might be shipped via UPS ground.
• We try to get out as many orders throughout the day as possible, but we cannot guarantee any order shipping placed after 12PM . Express & Next Day delivery orders received after 12pm EST may be sent out the following business day. Please note, for orders placed after noon on Fridays may be shipped out the following Monday.
• Delivery times are estimates. All shipping times are based on business days; None of our delivery methods deliver products on Saturday or Sunday. Anchor Express can not be responsible for delayed orders held in customs.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Anchor Express allows the return for refund or exchange products within 20 days of purchase date. This may exclude select special orders and closeout specials (as indicated). The following terms and conditions must be adhered to:

• All products must be in original, resalable condition with all packaging materials, manuals, and supporting materials.
• All returns MUST be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number. To get a Return Authorization number, please e-mail us at returns@anchorexpress.com or call our toll free number at (866) 888-ANCHOR (2624). This number must be printed on the shipping label or it can delay the refunding process.
• We are not responsible for any products returned without obtaining the proper Return Authorization Number.
• Any product(s) returned without a return authorization number including refused packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee regardless of the condition of return. This restocking fee will be addition to any other fees or charges that may be accrued
• To receive a refund on any software, electronic charts, video tapes, EPIRBs, and special orders items, the product must be in its original, UNOPENED package. Any software, electronic charts, video tapes, EPIRBS, and special orders that have been opened will only be allowed to exchanged for the same item.
• We cannot accept back any warranty packages for any reason after the seal has been broken on the registration kit
• Cost of any unreturned or damaged components will be deducted from any credit or refund due and we reserve the right to fully inspect all returns to determine proper credit.
• A 15% restocking charge will be assessed for any product that is not returned in its original unopened state. Please Note: We thoroughly inspect each return to determine if the item has been opened or not.
• Anchor Express has the right to refuse returns of any special orders or assess restocking fees
• Anchor Express reserves the right to refuse return of any products damaged by abuse other than normal usage.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges except for shipping errors on the part of Anchor Express. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Note that each return goes through a thorough inspection process when it is returned and this process can take upwards to 3-4 weeks from the time we receive the product to complete.
• A $50 service fee may be assessed to any return of antennas or any oversized packages (as deemed by UPS standards) on orders utilizing DHL Next Day Shipping Specials
• Anchor Express is not responsible for lost packages in shipping, products damaged in shipping, any orders that are returned to any address other than the one listed above, or any order returned without a Return Authorization# on the shipping label. It is advised that you insure your package when shipping back to us and have tracking codes.
• Any returned not received within 10 business days of receipt of the return authorization is subject to a 15% charge. This charge is an addition to any other charges that may be accrued above
• All sales are final for any products received in exchange for another product returned for any reason other than defective returns
• All shipping charges for products with free shipping promotions will be assessed on returned items other than for exchanges
• Anchor Express will assess shipping charges on any return that originally had free shipping unless the customer is exchanging for a defective unit.

We constantly checking our competition to make sure our prices are the lowest on the web and adjusting our prices accordingly. That is why we offer a 110% Price Match Guarantee. We will reduce our price by 110% the difference in price of any product advertised by any of our qualified Internet competition at the time of purchase. This offer is restricted to only in stock items and Anchor Express reserves match any terms or conditions of the competitor (including shipping charges, handling fees, etc.). To receive a refund, please e-mail us at pricematch@anchorexpress.com or call us at (617) 376-9999 within 5 business days of purchase. Please include your name, address, telephone, order #, and a link directly to the competitor's pricing. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the validation of the pricing. Please allow 4-6 weeks for receipt of refund.

Anchor Express reserves the right to purchase the product from the competing site and have it shipped to the customer in lieu of supplying the product directly from Anchor Express.

Site Errors

Anchor Express is not responsible for typographical errors in product descriptions or pricing. Anchor Express is also not responsible for any misrepresented items or features of products by the manufacturer.

Special Note

Please do not try to resubmit orders multiple times if the order does not go through. This could result in your credit card company refusing the order and charging back the money. If this occurs, the customer will be held responsible for any charges, fines, or penalties that Anchor Express occurs because of this.

Disputes

Anchor Express is a Massachusetts company and any legal disputes must be filed within the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
