Anchor Express was great to buy from and not their fault but the pump has an obvious design flaw. It pumps the water down quickly and efficiently but draws air at the end of the cycle before shutting off. When the float switch rises again to activate the pump, it has an air bubble in it and does not pump water causing the shower water to overflow the box. I solved this by adding a weight to the float to keep the water level higher so it would not draw air.
